Notary Wisely
Accessibility Statement
Notary Wisely is committed to making its website and services usable by people with disabilities.
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Our commitment
We work to improve keyboard access, readable labels, focus visibility, color contrast, responsive layouts, error identification, and compatibility with common assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing operational responsibility.
Request assistance or an accommodation
If a page, form, document, course, or service is difficult to access, contact Support or email support@notarywisely.com. Tell us the page or service involved, the barrier you encountered, and the accommodation or preferred contact method that would help.
Response and alternatives
We will acknowledge the request, investigate the barrier, and provide a reasonable alternative when feasible. Urgent appointment-related accommodation requests should include the booking or request number and appointment date, but should not include sensitive identity documents by ordinary email.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback is welcome and helps us prioritize improvements. We do not retaliate against a person for requesting an accommodation or reporting a barrier.
